Lost Registration:
If you lost your Registration number or your current number no longer works, please send an Email with your Company Name and approximate date you purchased the product. We will email you new registration info as soon as possible. Updates And Support: Registered users of our Camera Control software are entitled to free updates for the life of the product plus Email support for the first 90 days. If you own one of
our older Video Thrill Ride Photo Systems and need parts we have listed
the hardware we still have in stock on our Surplus
Equipment page. When contacting support, please help us by including the name and version of the software you are using and any error messages you are seeing while running the program. |
